All verification, certification, or service-related fees are non-refundable, regardless of account status or outcome. Marivium shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.

All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to Marivium shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, under Spanish jurisdiction.
